I’m so excited to finally start a blog. I’ve been wanting to start one for a couple years. I have so many things I want to share.
One of my goals for this blog is to help you have less meal stress. I have a couple different ways that can help you accomplish that.
- Meal planning
- Bulk cooking and freezing.
- Prepping some things weekly or monthly (i.e., cutting veggies for the week)
- Making double or triple of your regular dinner to put in the freezer.
- Making something that can be used in more than one meal (Planned-Overs)
I will be sharing my hints and tips on each of these ways and adding in other things that I think of too.
I’ve been helping friends and family plan and participate in bulk cooking sessions for a few years now. I find that having meals ready to go in the freezer makes it so much easier to meal plan.
Meal planning is the best way that I have found to conquer meal stress, save time and money, and cut down on wasted food.
