I’m so excited to finally start a blog. I’ve been wanting to start one for a couple years. I have so many things I want to share.

One of my goals for this blog is to help you have less meal stress. I have a couple different ways that can help you accomplish that.

  1. Meal planning
  2. Bulk cooking and freezing.
  3. Prepping some things weekly or monthly (i.e., cutting veggies for the week)
  4. Making double or triple of your regular dinner to put in the freezer.
  5. Making something that can be used in more than one meal (Planned-Overs)

I will be sharing my hints and tips on each of these ways and adding in other things that I think of too.

I’ve been helping friends and family plan and participate in bulk cooking sessions for a few years now. I find that having meals ready to go in the freezer makes it so much easier to meal plan.

Meal planning is the best way that I have found to conquer meal stress, save time and money, and cut down on wasted food.
